1. Why is the packaging different compared to the products sold by physical stores?
為何产品包装与实体店出售的不同?

Many of our products are procured through parallel imports, meaning through agents and authorised resellers. Brands will occasionally the packaging of their products, or switch to different manafacturers leaving former contractors and resellers with “old” surplus stock. Some products also have different packaging depending on the region they are sold in. While these stock may have cosmetic differences, they ultimately come from the same source.

2. Why is Product X sold at a lower price compared to other marketplaces?

We may utilize parallel imports as explained above to procure stock through less costly routes. Due to import and export costs and regulations, it is often cheaper to obtain stock from alternative sources.

3. The contents of Product X feel/look different compared to those sold by physical stores.
产品的品質与实体店出售的产品相比感觉/外观有所不同

All our products are delivered in an unopened, sealed (where applicable) condition. We guarantee that we do not tamper with the contents of sold products. As most of our stock are imports, the products are exposed to some degree of shaking which may cause some slight foam. Besides that, the solutions undergo a fermentation process during production which may result in slightly different textures and shades of color even among those sold in the official stores. None of these take away from the effectiveness of the solution.

4. How to buy products on the website ?
如何購買網站上的产品?

Simply add the products you want to buy into your shopping cart by clicking the Add To Cart button, then head to the Checkout page by clicking the cart icon in the top right or bottom of the screen. On the checkout page, fill in the form and select a payment method. Note that you have to be logged in to place an order.

5. How long until I receive my order?

Delivery is expected to take 1-3 working days for shipping addresses in Malaysia. In the case that we have no more stock on hand, it could take up to 7-14 working days as we will have to import new stock from overseas. We will update you through Whatsapp or email as your order is being processed. You can also contact our customer service number to inquire about your order.

6. Can I place an order face-to-face or by phone call?

7. What do I do if I receive a defective product?
如果我收到有缺陷的产品该怎么办?

Please consult Q1-3 for an explanation. If you still believe the product is defective, please contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving your order.

8. What are the conditions for returning a product?
退货需要什么条件?

  1. The product must not be opened or unsealed.
  2. You must contact our customer service to arrange for the return within 3 days of receiving the order.
  3. Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
  4. The courier service for returns must be arranged by the customer, but we will refund the original shipping cost once the product is returned safely.
  1. 不得打开或開封产品。
  2. 您必须在收到订单后的3天内联系我们的客户服务以安排退货。
  3. 作为套装或多件套装的一部分购买的物品必须作为一整套套装退回。
