Cosmetics research at Kao centers on the pursuit of “true beauty” through an ever-deepening understanding of the true nature of biological phenomena and the accumulation of hard evidence from life- and material-science research. From that foundation, we integrate our findings with insights from sensitivity studies that resonate with individual users.
